The paradox of logic: Idealists & The Champion eNfp

A Godtype understanding of  (NF’s) & their Champion ENFP.  

As a rational eNtp I’ve spent a lifetime “believing” that my “Rationality” was simply another term for “Logic”.   Logic was my personal domain – Like captain Spock on the enterprise I thought logic to be  cold and factual, simple and dispassionate.  Honest at any cost,    it is what it is, and I was its champion.

I could not have been more wrong.

That was until I began to understand and pay attention to the  many NF’s (intuitive feelers) in my life in light of Godtype.   My father &  my wife both being Champion eNfp’s (think of a lovable and very wise (drug free) version of  Hunter S. Thompson and a very intelligent yet sometimes zany Lucy Ricardo) Everyone loves Lucy.  Everyone loves the eNfp.

I could not keep count of how often I have heard that “rationality” is NOT LOGICAL from Idealist friends and loved ones!  Logic it seems is not only a favorite term for NF’s, but according to Godtype  it is their appointed domain.  NF = Idealist = Jesus = LOGOS / LOGIC

The Godtype understanding of human temperament is truly amazing when we study its correlations with how each type uses  “Energy”.  Image Here.

Because of the incarnation – Christian philosophy  understands that when God chose to walk among us mere mortals – he represented all of humanity.    XXXX  according to the  Godtype periodic table which displays 153 possible “type” Relationships (Binary Pairs).    The 153 fish caught in the nets by the apostles in John 21:3 has always been referred to as a picture of the “types” of people who Christ will bring (catch) onto himself.  Is this just another coincidence? Or will we discover something more…..

Christ is most assuredly a reflection  of the intuitive feelers in his role within Time / Space as we understand.   The NF’s who experience time as “Future”.    The Son of God who is the  “coming” prince, the future Messiah.    David Keirsey amazingly named the (4) NF types with undeniable  descriptions of Jesus Christ.   The introspective/Earth focused   Teachers (infj) &  Healers (infp).  The externally/heaven focused Mighty Counselors (enfj)  and Champion (enfp)   All names prolifically used in the bible for Jesus Christ!

It was most assuredly the role of the NFP  Champion & Mighty Counselor Christ embodied on the cross.  What else can we call him but the NFJ Teacher and Healer during his ministry?    This is where I was able to make the connection…. You see “the  LOGOS” was one of Christs most important names and description,  in simple terms it simply means the “Logic”.   Logic it seems truly is the domain of the intuitive feelers.

When first mapping Godtype I was confused because of Logic not being in the NT domain?  something is not quite right I thought untill I came to the understanding that it was the Future orientation of NF’s coupled with their Feelings (Ethical Thinking) that displays logic among humanity.

The Feeling-Thinking process,  the Future orientation and the Energy conversion aspects of the NF’s once more fit the biblical narrative  to amazing exactness.  Logic, requires Feeling (Ethical Thinking).   With out Ethics (Future Thinking), it is still “virtual”  and irrational within the NT’s (Potential Energy) role on earth.    A cold and dispassionate understanding.    It is ethics, which manifests itself within humanity as “feelings” that helps us make “logical” sense of the world.  An intuitive  sense of our world, of who we are and  why we are here.   It is the domain of “Feeling” (Ethical Thinking) which is responsible for our  “Futures”.   The domain which Christ was willing to sacrifice and be tortured for because he had his eye on  a future 2000 year period in which “redemption” would be just a choice away for all of humanity.

I was always confounded both as a child (trying to understand my father) and as an adult when my wife or father would want to do things in the most “inefficient” ways,   To drive an extra mile for no “apparent” reason.  To my NT mind these intuitive feelers seem to always be doing things out of “sequence”.   How can this be logic?

Why else would the Son of  God choose to become a man, be tortured and hang on a cross for our sins?

Feeling,  Ethical Thinking – Love.

The most Logical choice to be made by a loving God.   There is nothing rational about it.

**Logic it seems is not Rational.  in fact Rationality which is so  innate to my being has been referred to as “Irrational” by Carl Jung himself (intp).    According to Godtype,  it is NF’s who convert potential kinetic energy from  our Virtual NT’s and brings it into the “real” world.   THE REASON FOR THE STATISTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE PARTNERSHIPS.   A real world that required a “real” cross and a “real” sacrifice upon a hill named Cavalry almost 2000 years ago.  A conversion of such immense energy that historians document an earthquake that shook the world.

*Why is it that NT’s & NF’s who only make up 25% of the population end up marrying at 10 times the statistical possibilities?

The NF cognitive process:  Time=Future,  Energy= Conversion of Energy

These ENFP’s have a propensity for taking all the risks and occasionally the “fall”  for others – I have witnessed this  subconscious impulse to take this “penalty” an entire lifetime,  this seems to be a core Temperament  / Godtype trait for  many of our Champion friends and loved ones.   It was the absolute role that our lord and savior played out on cavalry.
